Alright, so I don't know why I was thinking this, 'cause I don't really need it, but it crept into my head that there is an at least semi-official feat (or maybe its a class feature, I dunno) thats essentially "Evasion" but for fortitude instead of reflex saves. Am I crazy? Does this exist?

I am aware that there is Will save "evasion"a class feature of the Armored Mind called Mettle of Will, but i could have sworn there was a Fortitude one as well.

Mettle applies to fort and will I believe...

I recall a class ability called Mettle that is both a will and a fort "evasion" Im not sure and my books are not with me. But i recall the hexblade has it.

Generally, the class feature (No feat grants this, as far as I know) is called Mettle or some derivation thereof - normally, this class feature affects both fortitude and will saves as if under an evasion mechanic.

Examples: Arcane Mettle - Hexblades get this, I believe. This class ability only affects spells and spell-like abilities, if memory serves.

Edit: I was mistaken! Hexblades get the full-on Mettle class ability. It's their "Arcane Resistance" that only works in spells and spell-like abilities.

Mettle - Pious Templar is the first class that comes to mind, though others might as well. This simply applies to all applicable saves, spell or no.

Goliath Barbarian gets it too.

Edit: I think I misremembered it, might be the Goliath Rogue.

Please note that mettle is not really "fort evasion". Evasion ignores relfex half. Mettle applies on partials. Evasion is of no use on partial effects.

Which makes Mettle "Fort/Will IMPROVED Evasion".

Kinda, but still no. Improved evasion is no use against Reflex partial.

No, because Improved Evasion reduces damage to half on failed saving throws. Mettle only has an effect on passed saving throws - that of negating the Partial effect of a spell.
