| drade06-21-07, 04:48 PM | Could a race with 4 arms duel Weild two Great Swords? |
| tarkin06-21-07, 05:08 PM | I would rule yes. This would of course seriously screw them in number of attacks, being a big downgrade in power. |
| drade06-21-07, 05:13 PM | And if I am right on this then they would have a -4 on all attacks with mutiweapon fighting from the MM. I know that this would kill off a lot of the power from a four armed Race. But story wise the race I am working will have a focus on doing just what I stated before hand. If anyone has anymore ideas on such a concept let me know. |
| ragoftag06-22-07, 07:32 PM | 'RAW', I'd have to say 'yes, but...' Mechanically, a great number of moves would be hard to do (overhead swings, etc.). My only PC race with multiple 'martial' capable limbs favors greatswords with multiple bucklers (racial feat that prevents flanking). When I have them hammered down to +0, I'll post them. |
| Rerecros06-22-07, 07:43 PM | Personaly, I would forgo multi-weapon fighting and go Glaive/Bastard Sword/Tower Shield, and gain dex based feats (combat reflexs of coarse) since multilimbed creatures can't wear most armor anyways. |
