The closest you'd get is Aescetic Psion in Secrets of Sarlona, which reduces it to a standard action, Psychic Meditation, which reduces it to a move action, Psychic Rush in Magic of Eberron, which reduces it to a move action with an action point (or a swift action if you have Psychic Meditation as well), or Instant Clarity in the Tome of Battle, which is instantaneous but only after making a strike and limited to 3/day. As a free action, it would EASILY be a FSBNNR feat, which is generally a sign of poor balance.
