Maliseth Tyranis 01-20-08, 09:42 AM	Want to clear something up about how the Frozen Magic feat works. Ok, lets say I'm casting Orb of Cold and the area I'm standing in is -30 degrees, but the area my target is in is 40 degrees, do I get the benefit of the feat? Would my target also have to be in below -20 degree temperature?
