Ok you know how some feats say underneth them [General] and others will save [General, tactical], what does it mean when it says [Warforged]. Somebody tells me that a warforged can take this feat with the free feats you get from level progression 1-3-6, ect. However I noticed when you take level substitution in Warforged you get a Warforged Feat.

Could somebody please clear this up for me, thanks.

It would mean that only warforged can take those feats (since those feats would typically grant a benefit which only warforged are eligible for).

As a warforged you can take them. With any of your level based feats, or any bonus feat that doesn't specify a list or type.
