In Complete Adventurer, it says Goad can be used as a move action. Can this move action be combined with an actual movement of 30 ft.?

And is Goad a good choice for a Crusader to take so that they can tank more easily?

If you mean "Can I take a Move action, and then another Move action?" then the answer is yes. You can take a Move action in place of a Standard action, if you want to.

I actually meant similar to drawing a weapon while moving if you have a base attack bonus of +1 or above. Can I do a Goad and a move as the same move action?

No.

Drawing a weapon is a specific exception spelled out in the rules. Because there is no such exception stated in the Goad description then you cannot. There may be another feat somewhere that lets you Goad as a Swift Action, I don't know.

You can't use Goad the same way as drawing a weapon. Goad is basically you standing there insulting the guy and making him want to kill you. :smirk:

Flavor-wise it works just fine... you can talk as a free action while you move... and it seems perfectly logical that you could taunt someone while moving around them. (Like taunting "you can't get me" in that obnoxious nasally voice of 8-year-olds, while dancing around them.)

Rules-wise, it doesn't work for all the reasons everyone else has stated. I imagine the restriction is for balance reasons. Or maybe they just didn't think of combining it with a an actual move like drawing a weapon, and didn't want someone to be able to Goad while making a full-round action (like a full attack).
