First of all - Improve Initiative is always helpful, because you want to go first in any encounter.
Then anything from "Ninja feats summary" you can find on www.crystalkeep.com in d20 feats summmary pdf document (I personally like Enduring Ki and Zen Fortitude).
May be Weapon Finess if high Strength score is not on your character sheet.

11-25-07, 05:41 PM If you have it, the Complete Scoundrel has a Ninja feat Enduring Ki that is pretty cool. It extends your Ki Powers to 2 rds when you expend extra Ki points from your pool. So your invisibility could last 2 rds rather than 1. ;)

11-26-07, 09:06 PM Spectral Skirmisher from the PhB 2 is a good one in conjunction with combat reflexes.

Improved Feint is also useful. As is Weapon finesse and the Two-weapon fighting chain.

There were a bunch of useful Ki feats in a couple of Dragon magazines. Can't recall the numbers though.
