I can't remember what book I saw the feat. Anyone know, or am I just wishing?

The Epic Level Handbook has the Superior Initiative feat, which gives you an additional +4 bonus to Initiative checks on top of that provided by Improved Initiative.

There's a feat (can't remeber name) that gives you a reroll of initiave once per day. It has improved initiave as a prereq.

Lucky Start, from Comp. Scoundrel. And actually, it doesn't require Imp. Initiative.

Don't forget Danger Sense from Compete Adventurer does. And it does allow you to reroll Init.

That's a different feat. He's thinking of Danger Sense, found in Complete Adventurer and Miniatures Handbook.

You've got to be level 21 to take it, though.
