I would go cleric for they're spotaneous healing spells, you didn't state it but clearly best choice of going to be team healer. There is a PrC the radiant servant of pelor if your high enough level it pretty cool in my opinion, probably the best healer I have come across.

healer feats.

Augmeny healing - healing spell do +2 per spell level - complete divine
sacred healing - allies gain fast healing 3 for short time - complete divine
sacred boost - maximizes healing spells for 1 round - complete divine

metamagic

empower spell - increase numeric effects by 50% - PHB
maximize spell - take max on a spell - PHB

Combat casting - helps casting in melee to save an allie

healing domain for clerics I believe increases the caster level for healing spells.
domain focus feat - +1 caster level for one domain - complete divine

Forgot to mention. I'm a healer Healer, not a cleric healer, means no divine feats.

what series are you playing from, is this a custom class?
should take some metamagic feats and combat casting then.

The Healer class is the hilariously underpowered class from the Miniatures Handbook (a book full of poorly written content).

But yeah, I agree that a Spontaneously Healing Cleric is far better and more fun to play.

What do you want from the character? If you want more healing or more potent healing, you'll find the feats mentioned earlier will help with that (they aren't divine feats so you can take them).

If you want to branch out a bit, what are you looking at accomplishing? There are options, but we need to know more.

I can't remember the name of it but there is a trick in the scoundral (skill trickz section) that allows you to heal d6 damage when you stabalize someone, It handy and makes lots of sence character wise since your a healer

It is called Healing Hands (which is funny because the Healer has an ability of the same name but it is way better)

PhbII also has the divine feat, Sacred Healing, named the same as the one in the Complete Divine, but with a different effect.

However, that doesn't help much. Hmm, spell focus conjuration?

And who says the Minuatures Handbook has poorly written content? The Warhulk is AWESOME... in a gestalt build.:P

Edit: Hey, I think this is the first time I have ever heard of anyone playing, argueably, the worst class ever.

Alright, time to be more e specific. I´m looking for something that helps me get the most out of my Healers personality, you know something like Fearless Destiny to let me do some Heroic sacrificeces without dieying. Also to things that make sinergy with my mount (celestial unicorn)

Glance through some of the exalted feats for fun. There is the feat that lets you bypass the need for a divine focus and take Eschew Components and enjoy. Add the Spontaneous Healer feat lets you heal alot like a cleric. There is also the possibility that you can take a variation of the Arcane Disciple feat for your character with the Healing Domain.
