Im starting up a new character and campaign beginning at 3 rd level.

I'm human fighter1 / Warlock 2 and, that gives me 3 feats. One for being human, one bonus fighter feat and one 1 st level character feat.

I'm thinking improved initiative, blindfight and heavy armor proficiency. All the later feats will be metamagic like maximize, quicken or extend. Please advise or give opinion?

Actually, you get 4 feats:
1. 1st level
2. Human bonus feat
3. Fighter bonus feat
4. 3rd level (as you said, that's where you guys start ;))

And on the feats you have in mind, you don't have to choose heavy armor profiency, since being a fighter already gives you profiency into that. An idea for a feat would be 'Armored Caster', which gives you the ability to cast in heavier armor (medium armor in your case for the warlock) without risking arcane spell failure. Improved initiative is always a good idea and I believe meta-magic feats are a bit wasted upon warlocks, as his abilities are not actually spells, but abilities. Anyways, it's hard to give advice if we don't know what type of character you want to play, so... what do you want to play? ;)

Precise Shot is very important for you. Without it you take a -4 penalty to attack rolls whenever using your Eldritch Blast against a foe in melee. That requires Point-Blank Shot.

Armoured Mage will allow you to ignore ASF in medium armour, but medium armour doesn't give you enough increase in protection to justify the hit to your speed. Don't wear medium armour. Corollary : don't take Armoured Mage. And no, you can not take it twice to ignore ASF in all armour.

Eldritch Blast is subject to spell resistance. Spell Penetration helps that.

There are only three Meta-SLA feats that I'm aware of; Empower, Maximise and Quicken SLA. You can't even start to take them until your Warlock class level is 6, which for this character means the first one can be taken at 9th level.

Which leads to one other conclusion. Your fighter level is a waste. Drop it and stay single-classed warlock while you look for a prestige class to go into.

Improved Initiative is always great. Some people say Bracers of the Blinding Strike (i.e. "it's no use to take a feat if an item can accomplish the same"), but they cost like 102k - you'll have to wait quite a lot before you're able to afford them... then again, see below.

About Blindfight: What do you need it for? You can get See the Unseen (least invocation, see invisibility as the spell and darkvision for 24 hours). Darkvision is great, and if you no longer need the invocation (which won't probably happen until higher levels, and maybe not even then), just kick it and learn something else.

Then again (though I'm probably going too far with that sort of advice), why take fighter at all? If you need proficiences, get Duskblade - all the proficiences + beginning spells + 2 good saves (Fort and Will). (The duskblade's spells are also not subject to light armour arcane spell failure).

If you're going to take fighter anyway, get Point Blank Shot for your eldritch blast as a fighter bonus feat, and later Pricise Shot. You'll need it anyway: there's nothing that can endear you to your companions better than a 8d6 eldritch blast to the head.

For melee fighting, you probably need Combat Casting, though Concentration, as a skill, can be buffed up with stuff, and the feat gives nothing unusual, just the bonus to checks. IMAO not very useful - just stay out of reach. Also, you might want Fell Flight invocation to go 3D in case of emergency.

Get Spell Penetration at 9th (every self-respecting outsider has spell resistance). It does work with spell-like abilities (you need it mainly for eldritch blast, as Merestil Haye has noted). Then again, there's a blast invocation that ignores SR.

Get Craft Wondrous Item at 12th level. Somewhere on the forums is a thread about the incredible usefulness of this feat. Every ability one can think of can be presented in wondrous item form. And they are unlimited-use, which means once you invest gold and XP, you'll be getting payoff for near-forever. Don't worry about XP, just make sure your DM awards them according to character level (i.e. if you're of a lower level, you get more XP), and don't forget that the warlock's 12th level ability is specifically designed for crafting magic items, so if your DM tries to restrict you, that'll be like not letting the ranger fight his favorite emeny or throwing a legion of golems at the enchanter (not very honest, really). Craft yourself Bracers of the Blinding Strike (CL 12) and whatever else you want.

Check if your DM allows retraining (as in Player's Handbook 2). If he does, get Improved Initiative and re-train once you have the bracers.

And check THIS THREAD (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=393586) out - all about building a warlock, and also ERRATA here (http://boards1.wizards.com/wotc_archive/index.php/t-360534).

Personally I would chose, Armoured Caster, Point Blank Shot, Precise Shot and then a choice of Improved Initative, Combat Casting, Improved Critical (Ray) or Skill Focus (Use Magic Device).
