Hey there,

One of my players (currently running AoW) is looking for a little help with his 3rd LvL Feat. He's almost hit LvL 4, and still hasn't chosen his feat yet.

His two current ones are:
H - Track
1 - Companion Spellbound

I was suggesting 'Touch of Golden Ice', but I thought he was NG; turns out he is CN.

Any ideas? His first time playing a druid, and he seems convinced to go towards the Wild-Shaping thing.

Extended, spell focus conjuration, augmented summoning, natural spell, the rest is up to you in my opinion,

Feat choice depends on what you want the character to do, it doesn't have much to do with individual classes.

You would need to explain what it is he wants to accomplish with his character.

Garfield has it right.

For summoning purposes get Extend Metamagic, Spellfocus (conjuration) cause it's a prerequisite, and Augment Summoning.

But definitely get Natural Spell to cast while wildshaped.

Lion's pounce is also pretty darn good. Full attack after a charge while wildshaped.

Forgot lions pounce, good advice, and if your DM allows Unapproachable east, consider choosing rashemi elemental summoning.

I'm currently playing a druid myself, and i run both summons and offensive wild shape, you can run both on the build and be extremely effective.

One I like that fits well with Druids Class skills is Quick Reconniter – Free Liston and Spot check per round and + 2 INT.

He is the DM...he's just looking for advice for his player.
I think you should stay within the parameters of the request; 1 level 3 feat slot with the current 2 feats.
However, my optimization is broken so I can't help.

Thanks Khadmus

Because the campaign is so....*snaps fingers quickly* and high powered, I offered to let him take Augment Summoning (and skip the spell focus conjuration; it's a pretty empty feat for a druid).

Though, he's also looking at Bane Magic (Undead), dealing an extra 2d6 of damage against Undead whenever he casts damaging spells.

Considering we are running AoW, I think this is a good choice.

As for the other suggestions, Extend Spell is a good choice, And Natural Spell is a must, but he can't take it until Druid6.

Thanks guys!

(His feats from here on out are pretty much chosen;6Natural Spell, 9Improved natural attack (something),12Multiattack, and so on. He wants to focus on his Wild Shaping.)
