Arturius1 04-11-07, 12:21 PM	To those that don't know, Hoardstealer is a PrC in Draconomicon that gains its own spell list. Under the spells description, it states that Hoardstealers' spells are arcane and cast as a wizard. Does that mean they are susceptible to arcane failure or that they can cast as a bard using light armor? If they do experience arcane spell failure, is there an armor enchantment that lowers the spell failure? EDIT: I could've sworn I put this in the Magic & Spells section. Odd. Could this get moved?
Morwen 04-11-07, 05:02 PM	They do experience arcane spell failure. There are two forms of armor enhancements that lower the ASF. Either you can use mithral armor (DMG), or the twilight special property (BoED, if I remember correctly)
