From a roleplaying perspective Ki strike (lawful) doesn't make sense as a prerequisite for Holy Ki Strike, but from a rules perspective it imposes a minimum monk-level restriction on gaining the feat so it probably does make rule sense. :) I'll try to dig out my FAQ after I reboot--the darned Finder is frozen. :(
