I am a fighter 13/ barbarian 1, I am a feat glutton and would like to add feats to some of my items, I would like to put Quick Draw on my Efficent Scabbard (Home made Item, hold six weapons and whenever you draw a weapon it draws the one you want, only one handle is visible and it weighs the same as a regular scabbar). There are other things but if there is a formula for it I would realy Appreciate it.

There is no good system to price feats per se.

I suggest comparing it to an existing item.

A 3.0 book Arms and Equiptment Guide has a suggestion, but honestly, it sucks. They base it around 5,000 gp + more for pre-reqs.

The problem is that feats are not well levelled, the way spells are.

Combat Reflexes has no pre-reqs but is a GREAT feat, generally considered better than things like Mobility which has a pre req of Dodge.

P.S., things like not needing to qualify for it, or getting more if you already have the feat should be taken into account and up the price.

As a side note, the existence of the spell Heroics puts a suggested max value on any feat that has no pre-reqs as equal to a 2nd level spell (i.e. 2*3*2000 = 12,000 gp). Feats with pre-reqs should be worth more than that, but no feat without pre-reqs should ever be worth more than 12,000 gp, or the feat is too powerfull.
