06-13-07, 08:14 PM Which is correct for a Human Fighter with an 8 Int:

1) 8 skill points @ 1st level and 2 skill points/level thereafter

2) 4 skill points @ 1st level and 1 skill point/level thereafter

I believe its #1, but just confirming . . .

and for a Human Fighter with 6 Int:

1) 8 skill points @ 1st level and 2 skill points/level thereafter

2) 4 skill points @ 1st level and 1 skill point/level thereafter

I believe its #1 again due to the minimum 1 skill point rule . . .

Fighters do not need to be penalized for picking human.

The human bonus is added separately from and after the reduction for low Int. You never lose that benefit due to low Int.
