The first problem I see is weapon specialization requires fourth level. You can take coordinated shot from Heros of Battle. Fighters only don't get a bonus feat at third level.

Yeah, move WS to 4th level. (You'd only get one feat at third anyway).

Is your Wisdom really better than your Dex (or at least significantly enough to warrent Zen Archery)? I'd think Dex (AC, Ref, Initiative) would be more important to a fighter than Wis (Will, Spot/Listen).

Besides, the best archery feats have a dex requirement, including (especially) Improved Precise Shot (req 19 dex).

Between the PHB and Complete Warrior (the only Complete book I have) there are tons of good feats.

So so far you have:

1st Level- Point Blank Shot, Precise Shot, Weapon Focus-Comp. Long Bow
2nd Level- Rapid Shot (Req Dex 13)
3rd Level- Zen Archery (Req Wis 13)
4th Level- Weapon Specialization
6th Level- ???

Personally, I'd dump Zen archery and make your Dex the higher of Dex/Wis (since you have at least 13 in both).

6th level I'd probably go with either Manyshot (Dex 17) and Improved Buckler Defense (keeping your Buckler Defense bonus while using bow is quite nice).

Eventually, you'll want Greater Weapon Focus, Greater Weapon Specialization, Improved Critical, and Improved Precise Shot (or Sharp-Shooter(CW) if you don't think you'll have a 19 dex).

Other feats to consider:

Improved Rapid Shot (lose the -2 penalty when using Rapid Shot)
Power Critical (meh)
Ranged Disarm
(There may be a feat that lets you use a bow without provoking an AoO...anyone know?)

You could have some fun with Improved Unarmed Combat/Deflect Arrows/Snatch Arrow (by using your enemy's arrows against him, but that would definitely not be optimized :-)
Dodge/Mobility/Shot on the Run.

If you've got the Charisma for it, a 1 level dip into sorcerer to pick up Arrowmind and Guided Shot (from Spell Compendium) may be worthwhile.

One idea that might help out, though you'd lose out on feats, but gain a few ranged benefits would be to take levels in Complete Warrior's Order of the Bow Initiate (and related to the other poster... the OotBI has a 2nd level special ability gained to allow no AoO from using the bow while threatened) It would also give your weak saves a boost.

OotBI is definitely a reasonable option. I like the Arrowmind spell not only because it allows you to use the bow without provoking an AoO, but it allows you to threaten adjacent squares, meaning you can take attacks of opportunity and even flank with your bow. It has a 1 minute per level duration and 1 immediate action casting time, so you can even cast it when it's not your turn.
