Improved Grapple? [Archive] - Wizards Community

Not sure what book OE is, but Improved Grapple still requires you to make a touch attack. It just removes the attack of opportunity and grants a +4 on the subsequent grapple check.

Use the 3.5 version.

In any case, I'd say go with what Novacat said, unless you're trying to ask something different.
