Was very interested in an Epic Prestige Class called Soulreaver, but it has a prerequisite Feat called Improved Spell Casting. I have never seen this one and could not find it in any of my books nor on E-Tools list.

Anyone know where I might find it or its effects?

The first place I would look is where ever the Soulreaver PrC came from since it doesn't appear to be a WotC published class.

Perhaps it's a misprint, and they meant Improved Spell Capacity (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/epic/feats.htm#improvedSpellCapacity)?

Where is this Soulreaver PrC from?

I found the Soulreaver prestige from a Dragon Magazine Prestige compilation. It unfortunately makes no mention to where you find the prerequisites. Dragon Magazine 297 July 2002 was credited as the source of this particular Prestige.

Well that explains where the PrC came from. I would be hesitant to use a 3.0 class that has not been adjusted to fit the 3.5 format. Even 3.0 didn't have a feat called improved spellcasting unless it is also in some Dragon issue. You should run the class by the DM and allow them to houserule any changes needed.
