08-06-07, 03:12 AM would half-Elfs & Half-orcs count as elfs and orcs for the Improved weapon familiarity or would thay need to take the weapon proficiencies separately?

08-06-07, 07:34 AM It says they count as elves and orcs for all effects related to race, so they do qualify for the IWF feat.
