What I want basically is being able to shape 2 soulmeld on the same chakra. This can be done at 9th lvl (with Double chakra), but the game I'm in will stop levelling at 6th.
So, as the Split chackra feat let you use both a magic item and a soulmeld on the same chakra and has no prerequisite, would it be OK to create a toned down Double chakra feat to allow you these 2 melds on the same spot but with restrictions of some sort?

kind of like this:
--
<Name to be defined> [GENERAL]
<fluff text to be added>
Prerequisite: -
Benefit: Choose a chakra, you can now shape two soulmelds on it. You can only invest essentia in one of them at a time, and only one of them can be bound.
Special: you can gain this feat multiple times. Its effect do not stack, it applies each time to a new chakra.
Normal: without this feat, each chakra can only be occupied by a single soulmeld.
--

I post it here in case you see some room for abuse that I have not foreseen (keeping in mind that the game is low magic and will top at 6th level)

I'm not too sure I understand the point of the feat. Why do you need the feat if you are still can only bind 1 soulmeld to the chakra? I think you might be confused about soulmelds, you can have multiple soulmelds shaped and unless they are bound to a chakra they don't use any slots.

you're correct when you say that it does not take place on the body (hence not forbidding you to wear mundane/magical stuff on the same spot) but two soulmelds CANNOT be shaped on the same chakra (regardless of the binding).

from MoI (p.50, "Meld selection")
... He can't shape the same soulmed more than once. Also, two soulmelds cannot occupy the same chakra (with some exception). ...
(emphasis mine)

What I'm trying to achieve here is to allow players to choose two soulmelds which are shaped on the same chakra (Airstep sandals & Impulse boots for example)
