I could be wrong on this, but I don't think so. It has always looked to me as if Flurry was given to monks sort of as their own form of twf, without taking any feats. Does this mean I would let a monk take feats from the twf tree, like 2 weapon defense, if they wanted to? Yeah, since it's not going to overbalance anything. This may not be RAW, but that's how it seems to me. I don't think twf and flurry stack, but apparently natural attacks and flurry do, but I still don't really understand it.

Yes, but not with unarmed attacks.

It states specifically that: There is no such thing as an off-hand attack for a monk striking unarmed.

You can TWF and Flurry with a special monk weapon though, such as a quarterstaff. I think I saw somewhere a kama that's base damage is the same as your unarmed damage (Magic Item Compendium?). Two of those would be great for this.

Note that all attacks durring a flurry gain your full str bonus to damage, so using TWF while in a flurry is a nice way to deal a significant amount of bonus damage.

Yes, you can combine Flurry and TWF with unarmed strikes. The Main 3.5e FAQ has an entry confirming this.
