Does anyone happen to know of the feat than an Outsider can take to make it so they count as a Native Outsider?

I'm sure i have seen this somewhere before, but i don't know, so please help!

Why would an outsider want to count as a native outsider?

Do you mean the otherworldly feat from PGTF. A few races, such as elves, can take it to become native outsiders.

If they are native, they can't be banished to their home planes - they are there already.

I'm unable to check right now, but I believe there was a spelltouched feat in Unearthed Arcana that did that.

EVERY outsider is a native outsider on one plane.

Just most of them are not born on the material plane.

All you have to do is to come up with a good back story to make the material plane your home plane.

To change it after it was already established, I think that should easily be doable using a feat, just make one up.
