Hello,
are there feats that permit to apply the Intelligence modifier to the BAB, damage, saves or skills ?

If yes, what feats please ?

I know the feat index on the WotC, but for some feats, the description is to short.

Thanks for your future answer.

Insightful Reflexes (Complete Adventurer) lets you use your Int for reflex saves.

A third level swashbuckler adds Int mod to damage.

Then you have things like carmendine monk and kung fu genius, which let a monk use Int instead of wisdom...

About all I can think of right now.

Very Yes. (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=320889)

For the record, though, nothing applies to your BAB. It applies to your attack rolls, but not the BASE. The distinction is important when figuring out multiple attacks.

Go to Character Optimization and check out the "X stats to Y bonus" thread which should have a link under the "important threads index" at the start of the character optimization form. This thread details all the racial characteristics, class features, feats, etc. that are used to apply certain ability scores to certain game applications (attacks, AC, HP, damage, etc.)

That's the link that Tempest Stormwind posted. It is a wonderful thread.

A couple of my favorite uses of Intelligence-swapping is to grab the Carmedine Monk feat and a level of monk to add Int to AC and the use of the Keen Intellect feat (Dragon #318) to tank Wisdom as a wizard.
