Jokingly My friends and I had a discussion about building a 16 year old girl you focused her classes and leveling around intemidate, finding it comically we decided to describe so situations that the character could be used in.

laughs about how she would tell a vampire off by exclaiming that it couldn't have meanful relationship because with all the shared blood it probably had AIDS or some other STD, making kings cry and the like. One of my buddies said that she would useless in a fight with a dragon. This lead to a different, why can't a dragon become intemidated by a 16 year girl? Logically, yes there is little to no chance that it is possible but this is DnD anything is possible. after a long debate about the end sides where my buddy still believe that no matter what the check is a dragon would not be intimidated by a 16 year old girl no matter what and myself with if for whatever reason the girl wins the check, the dragon must have some sign of being intemidate.

Well like most question we debate we decided to leave it to the board to discuss so I can show him what the majority thinks as well as some better qoutes for the rules then I could do.

Thanks In Advance

What?

Seriously, what is your question? Having bad punctuation, spelling, and grammar only compounds the fact that I don't know what your are trying to ask. Is the question: Can a dragon be intimidated by a 16-year-old girl? The answer is: Yes, if she wins the opposed intimidate check.

Are you trying to ask a question, or are you just trying to start a discussion about a girl and a dragon?

I too may have missed the question in there. Are you asking if it's possible for a 16 year old girl to imtimidate a dragon? Yes. With a high enough Intimidate score, you can intimdate just about anything. Whether or not the DM want to impose some circumstance penalties is entirely different. The size difference allone will give you a -8 to -16 penalty (-4 per size category smaller). Other than that, I don't see anything in the Intimidate or Dragon entry to suggest that they're immune to fear.

They are immune to dragon fear, though I don't know about scary teenage girl fear.

This is a good example of what I like to think of as a Critical Skill Fumble.

Race:Human 16 year old girl
Alignment:Any non-good

STR-14 (6)
DEX-12 (4)
CON-14 (6)
INT-12 (4)
WIS-8 (0)
CHA-15 (8)

Lv1(Marshal)Skill Focus (Diplomacy), Intimidating Strike, Skill Focus (Intimidate)
Lv2(Marshal)
Lv3(Hexblade)Feat
Lv4(Hexblade)+1 CHA
Lv5(Hexblade)
Lv6(Fighter)Imperious Command, Feat
Lv7(Avenging Executioner)
Lv8(Avenging Executioner)+1 STR
Lv9(Scarlet Corsair)Feat
Lv10(Scarlet Corsair)
Lv11(Scarlet Corsair)
Lv12(Scarlet Corsair)Feat, +1 STR
Lv13(Scarlet Corsair)
Lv14(Exemplar)

Just a rough example of an intimidate focused build.
Motivate Charisma and the Major Aura of your choice (Marshal is Miniature's Handbook)
Hexblade for a little charisma synergy (Complete Warrior)
The Fighter level is just for an extra feat.
Avenging Executioner (Complete Scoundrel) lets you intimidate as a move action.
Scarlet Corsair is from Stormwrack, gives mass intimidate ability.
Exemplar (Complete Adventurer) gives +4 to intimidate and lets you take 10 on the check.
Imperious Command is from Drow of the Underdark and makes demoralized foes cower for a round and then be shaken afterward.

Add it all up and you can use intimidate as a move action against all enemies within 30ft, making them cower for one round and be shaken for several rounds afterward, and have a damn good chance of success as well, as long as the enemy is vulnerable to mind affecting effects. The character would need one hell of a backstory with that mix of classes and abilities though...
