I sort of remember seeing a feat for bardic music similar to Divine Metamagic, but I can't remember where. Does anyone recall it?

There's some in the CAdventurer and others. You'll have to be more specific. Unless you mean that there was one that let you apply metamagic by using bardic music, which I don't believe exists. The closest thing I can find is Lyric Spell, which lets you use bardic music to cast a spell.

It's called Metamagic Song. I forget what book it is from. It isn't nearly as broken as DMM, though, as it specifies that it can't increase the effective level beyond what you can normally cast.

My friend and I house ruled that neither could Divine Metamagic because it was too powerful. We're hoping to make it less rigged with that. No persistent until very high levels.

Now that I had a name, it's in RoStone.
