I need to be proficient with concentration to get to a presteige class, so is there a feat that allows me to be profecient with that?

Not in WotC products. You'll either need to multiclass or spend cross-class ranks on it.

Cosmopolite from Forgotten Realms.

Itīs a 3.0 edition feat and itīs 3.5 version tiīs completely different... and worse.

I like Able learner myself from Races of destiny... While it doesn't make it a class skill, it does make the skill only cost 1 skill point to invest in. Though restricted to Humans and Dopplegangers i think.

Skill Knowledge (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/buildingCharacters/alternativeSkillSystems.htm#skillKnowled ge) from Unearthed Arcana can do this.

How many ranks do you need? Can't you just put those ranks in there?
