Which do you think would be of most value to a wizard: exceptional artisan (reduce time by 25%), extraordinary artisan (reduce gp cost by 25%) or legendary artisan (reduce xp cost by 25%)?

I really like legendary artisan but is it better to make items twice as fast for normal cost, or half the cost at normal time? Which is more valuable, time or money?

That can ONLY be answered by your DM. If your game allows plenty of time between advaentures, you need to save money. If your game has a short time span, say in 6 months the world/town is destroyed if you don't stop it, you want to save the time.

In my experience, time and XP are almost irrelevant, but gold is critical. Knightblde is right, though...it really depends on your DM.
