I think there is a feat called Efficient Item Creation, but it is an epic feat. Also, it does not reduce xp cost but reduces creation time. I am 100% certain there is nothing by WotC will reduce xp cost for crafting items. Simply that's the reason why they put xp cost in the first place (instead of earning xp like 2e), to limit you from making them |
| larry_the_titan10-21-07, 11:47 AM | Legendary Artisan drops the Exp cost by 25 %. Its in Eberron Campaign setting. Its a good feat if you make a lot of magic Items. |
| Decinious10-21-07, 01:30 PM | Magical Artisan, in Forgotten Realm Campaign Setting lowered the exp and gold of 1 craft feat. Apprentice(craftsman) DMG2 is also worth noteing for the 10% discount on raw materials for crafting and craft feats. |

And of course, if a wizard isn't required, the Artificer from the same source has a class feature that supplies you with extra xp exclusively for item creation. |
