Question is simple. When you activate your Karmic Strike bonus do you get an Attack of Opportunity when the enemy uses his Attack of Opportunity you allowed him to have (moved beside him for example)?

Every time you are hit, you get an AoO. Doesn't matter if it comes from an AoO, it comes every time you are hit. The only limitation is your number of AoO's and being able to reach the enemy.

Well, we can't agree on the wording either.

A hit means your AC has already been penetrated and damage rolled? If your AC was high enough of you had concealment that kicked in (Displacement..) you don't count as hit?

Being hit means that you've been hit. If they fail their concealment check, then they miss you. Missing means you didn't get hit.
If they miss for any reason, be it not hitting the AC, concealment, Melee Evasion, Elusive Target, any reason, you don't get the AoO.
Now, Robilar's Gambit on the other hand would give you the AoO after.
