Thoughts or personal experience with either/both? Thanks. :tiphat: |

Awesome blow will force the opponent to provoke an AoO when he gets pushed out of a square you threaten, and you can then follow up on that AoO with knockback...:D So Awesome blow has the potential do deal more damage (since you deal damage with knockback and the free AoO), but Knockback tends to yield better results.:) |

If it does work that way then...:plotting: Massive smackdowns incoming! :evillaugh: Woohoo! :dancin: |

| TunFiskeMad07-31-07, 06:47 AM | So you can make AoO in your own turn ? Didnt think that was posible. |
| tarkin07-31-07, 12:06 PM | There is nothing preventing you from taking an AoO on your own turn. In fact, such a rule would require a massive re-thinking of the game rules. |
| Eerongal07-31-07, 12:09 PM | There is nothing preventing you from taking an AoO on your own turn. other than the fact that, generally, enemies don't have a chance to provoke them on your turn :P |

Check out this thread: http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=791388 Thanks for the link. Indeed this is a deadly combo but I am trying to do it without the Dun. Crsh feature as I may not always have walls nearby and I want to go Gol/Barb/Fig/Frz Bkr. Will see how it works out, Awesome Blow just seems better for this tree of feats (I.B.R. + Knock.) than Brutal Strike or 3-Mnts. Thanks to all again. :tiphat: |
