According to this feat, if you deal damage with a sneak attack, the target takes the same damage on the next round, does this apply to all your attacks or does he just take the damage once?

All your attacks.
Thus, if your rogue got in 4 attacks with sneak attack damage applied, the foe takes 4 times your sneak attack damage bonus the next round.:)

Yeah, there's a lot of generally broken stuff in epic, but lingering damage isn't really one of 'em at all.

Plus, it will very, very rarely happen more than once a round. Rogues won't really be getting that many sneak attacks off, because even with a permanent greater invisibility, many monsters will sense you anyway, and/or be outright immune to sneak attack ...

... now if you want to see something broken, look at the rules for Epic Spellcasting. Now that's a broken system. o.O

Which still won't change that most any npc worth its salt will have some sort of fortification by then - at epic levels, that's dirt cheap!, if they aren't otherwise already outright immune to critical hits.

As for Darkstalker, though, I don't have LoM so I can't comment on that one.

Tbh a lot of characters can better use the money of a +5 bonus on other stuff. Basically i Would expect to meet fortification on fighters, and even then savvy rogue and crippling strike lets me bypass it and deal considerable strength dmg..
