| Longthorn03-03-07, 07:51 AM | I seem to recall reading about a feat that allowed you an additional +2 to your AC when using the combat expertise feat(i.e. you use combat expertise at -1 to hit and you gain +3AC). However I can't seem to find this feat now that I'm reviewing my books. Am I blind and just can't see it or am I delusional and just imagining the existence of this feat? Thank you for any assistance you can provide. |
| Silverthumb12803-03-07, 08:15 AM | So each -1 on attack rolls grants +3 total AC? Sounds pretty broken, IMO, when you take into account the Improved Combat Expertise feat doesn't have the -5 to-hit limitation(just up to your BAB), giving up to a +60 AC at 20th level. |
| Longthorn03-03-07, 08:26 AM | No if I rememeber correctly it's a flat +2 bonus so if you use combat expertise for -5 to hit it's a +7 bonus to AC. Of course I still can't locate this hypothetical feat. So I'm beginning to lean in the delusional direction |

| Longthorn03-03-07, 08:35 AM | Thanks very much Caliborn. Now if only the quarterstaff was finessable I would be a happy man. |
