are they worth it? there is a feat that makes natural 1s on attack rolls be 20s, but you need two other luck feats to get it, which means it can happen three times in a day. it is basically a better improved critical, as you cant roll 1s either. however, since each luck feat gives one use/day, its much harder to get.

is it worth it, and, more generaly, are these feats worth it?

I didn't like any of them. I like feats that are more of a sure thing.

There was a reasonably large thread (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=826294) discussing these feats in April, including some math examining their efficacy.

Not the final word on them, but I think pretty much all perspectives are represented at some point.

I don't even play rogues, but I love this book, by far my favourite. In my opinion the most valuable four are the one you mentioned, starters luck that lets you reroll initiative, survivors luck, that will allow you either prevent going below -9 if you are instakilled from a single attack and lets you reroll stabalisation checks, and the one that gives you two more luck rerolls. However, if you multiclass into fortune's friend, yes. It is worth it. Period.
