I was reading about Lyncanthropy in the Monster Manual, I saw that if you change into your animal form, you run the risk of permanately becoming that form's alignment. Is there a feat that prevents such an outcome? Likewise, are there any feats to aid in the check to control shape shifting?

To answer your questions in order.

1. To my knowlege, there is no feat that will keep your alignment from changing (though there is a Prestige Class, I can't remember what it's called or where to find it).

2. Yes, Skill Focus (Control Shape) will help you make those checks.
