narack 04-18-08, 07:23 AM	Absolutely. That's the usual way to play custom campaign. they usually need stuff that the DM guide doesn't cover. You still need to take time to check if the feat is balance on all aspect. Sometime the feat is really good but a bit overpower to take it like that, that's why you add to it some prerequisite decrease his uberness.
