I am playing a Daring Outlaw... IE Swashbuckler 3 Rogue 3 so far.
Is there any way to make certain rogue class skills permanent class skills for the character?

It seems to me that no matter what class you take, if you continually use a one-time class skill, then it should remain a class skill, because you are learning more about it all the time.

Not exactly what you want but able learner (races of destiny) essentially accomplishes the same thing. Makes cross-class skills cost 1 skill point, still limited by the max ranks, but since max ranks for any skill that was a class skill stay the same that means you'd be able to buy those skills at 1 point per rank and have max ranks as if they were a class skill. Downside is that I think you have to take it at 1st level.

There are a few feats that do this (Education for a Knowledge skill) and a few class abilities that do this (Human Paragon for pick 1 skill), but otherwise this can not and should not be done without using Feats or Class abilities.

There is a reason for skills to exist and a reason for different classes to have different class skills. There is no logic or balance in "gee I just want to have this skill a class skill for all my classes, so can I just do it?"
