StevenO 04-16-08, 12:05 AM	Human Fighter sounds about right: 11 Fighter Bonus Feats +7 Level Based Feats +1 Human Feat 19 total feats Improving that requires finding other classes that grant selectable feats more than every other level.
runestar 04-16-08, 12:32 AM	Is multiclassing allowed? Fighter2 grants 2 bonus feats. Psywarrior2 grants 2 bonus feats. Monk2 gives 3 feats. Don't bother with human. Elf grants you proficiency with 5 martial weapons (in the form of feats), which you can swap out using a combination of embrace+shun the dark chaos (both spells are found in fiendish codex, you will see what I mean) for any 5 feats of your choice. VOP gives a bonus exalted feat at 1st lv, plus 1 every even lv. 1 lv of cleric can give up to 2 extra feats (depending on what domains you choose). Likewise, don't worry about the feats granted not being to your liking, because as mentioned above, casting embrace the dark chaos, followed by shun the dark chaos effectively lets you swap out 1 feat for any other feat for which you meet the requirements.:)

DerelictDroid 04-17-08, 09:22 PM	While I can't top anything here, I can add that if you take Heir of Siberys PrC from Eberron, you get a bonus feat every level.
M-bark 04-18-08, 06:43 AM	If you go elf as runestar said and use that embrace/shun combo, you then get another 5 bonus feats. Then: SRD Simple Wizard Gain Bonus feat list (as fighter; bonus feats gained at 1st level and every five levels as wizard). Lose Scribe Scroll, wizard bonus feat list. Simple Wizard 6 gives 4 Fighter bonus feats and 2 Wizard bonus feats. Fighter 2 gives 2 bonus feats. Psychic Warrior 2 gives 2 bonus feats. Then Cleric 1 and pick your domains (and give it up) to get 2 bonus feats. Monk 2 for another 2 bonus feats. Ranger 3 gives Track and Endurance. Simple Rogue 2 gives 2 bonus feats. Psion 1 gives 1 bonus feat. That's 19 levels and 24 bonus feats. So at level 19, you'd have 31 feats.
