I couldn't find an answer to this through searching. So, I'll ask. The Metamagic Feat Still spell let's you cast a spell without the somatic component and the Silent spell without the verbal. Each of these raise the spell level by 1. Can both feats be used on a spell with both components? And if so, does it raise the spell class by 2?

Yes, and it raises them by two.

For a Sorceror, consider also getting the feat Eschew Materials (no, you don't get it for free, despite people that read 'Sorceror' and think "Psionic")

This combination would let you cast your spells even if for example you were:

1. in gaseous Form.

2. paralyzed/under the effect of a Hold Person spell.

3. Under water AND grappled

Yeah, I like it!

You can apply multiple metamagic feats to the same spell and all of the level increases stack.
