That being said, can the changeling's ability count as "each time you change your form" to qualify for this use of supernatural ability? That being said its only supernatural abilities and still limited to one ability and three uses per allowance of the feat. So the changeling can turn into a Xeph and use Burst 3 times a day. Or Maened and use of its three supernatural abilities. Or even change into a mind flayer and use telepathy, the only available supernatural ability. The changeling is limited to shape so can't go crazy with a dragon right away. And im guessing DMs would have to limit on a successful Disguise roll and maybe Knowledge(monster type) for a certain form and knowledge of its power. So, like Mythbusters... is it plausible? |

The pre-req is Manifester level 5, and it is clearly listed as a [Psionic] feat, not a [Genera] feat that references psionics. I would expect: Strict/Loose: Only useable with a psionicly related transformation that costs you power points. Power/Anything Goes: Can be used with any transformation, even from changeling. |
