is there a feat that allows cleric levels to stack for monk unarmed damage and bonus AC, if so what book does it come from.

Not that I'm aware of, though the Sacred Fist PrC in Complete Divine does something at least similar to that.

Official in that the offical stance of WotC is 'unless corrected in an errata, text is the primary source and all others are secondary', and there's been CD errata for quite some time and it doesn't address the Fist's spellcasting advancement. The text clearly states 'advances spellcasting at every level', the table does not, text trumps table. Until/unless Wizards updates the CD errata to say that the table is correct, then the table is wrong.

Cleric is already really strong. Adding your casting stat to AC in place of armor and giving increased unarmed damage on a class already great at self buffing at the cost of one level of monk (or maybe none if you're thinking ascetic hunter/rogue feat prerequisites) would be... just insane.

Now if you set up a homebrew feat with the prerequistes to favor more levels in monk (such as the multiclass feat for monk and ninja) it should be fine...

Well, only mostly wrong ... the subject was still monks 'n' clerics. :)
