It is not possible unless you have the strong arm bracers, I think. From what I can remember monkey grip dosn't work with weapon finesse.

Benefit

With a light weapon, rapier, whip, or spiked chain made for a creature of your size category, you may use your Dexterity modifier instead of your Strength modifier on attack rolls. If you carry a shield, its armor check penalty applies to your attack rolls.

So I don't think it will work by any means.

MG allows you to use large weapons with a -2 on attack but doesn't change effort required to use it. Still would not, normally be allowed to wield a two handed weapon of large size only one handed weapons in 2 hands and light large weapons as one handed. You could wield one with MG but the WF feat only count for weapons of your size cat.

As for weapon finesse I thought the weapon it's self had to be,

WEAPON FINESSE [GENERAL]
Prerequisite: Base attack bonus +1.
Benefit: With a light weapon, rapier, whip, or spiked chain made for a creature of your size category, you may use your Dexterity modifier instead of your Strength modifier on attack rolls. If you carry a shield, its armor check penalty applies to your attack rolls.
Special: A fighter may select Weapon Finesse as one of his fighter bonus feats.
Natural weapons are always considered light weapons. So it wouldn't matter if you had the bracers or not because the feat works on your size not what size you could use. But the bracers would allow use of the two handed weapon. The bracers are in the MIC page 139 i think.

What about Powerful Build? Would it work since the description says that you are considered Large when it would be beneficial to be?

Yes and other things the bracers don't let you do. But most races that have have atleast +1LA and the bracers are only 6,000gp.

If epic you can use wield oversized weapon to make a larger weapon size still be a light weapon for you.

Can I use a Large Spiked Chain with Weapon Finesse?

Has you DM house ruled that you can use a Large Reach weapon and retain reach? (Since RAW is you lose reach.)

MG allows you to use large weapons with a -2 on attack but doesn't change the hands required to use it. Still would not be allowed to wield a two handed weapon of large size only one handed weapons in 2 hands and light large weapons as one handed.
This is not true. I read the feat description again this afternoon. It specifically states that a Large 2H weapon can still be wielded in two hands, and a Large 1H weapon can be used in one hand.

Sorry I was reading the normal part of the entry for some odd reason.

No worries. It almost makes sense, which is why I made a point of looking it up before saying you were wrong. :)

I fixed it so no body would get confused. Isn't there an enlarging, magic item. Using it to increase your size would allow that. I think most are now 3 charges per day. You could put sizing on the weapon to so you would need two of them. (not the MG just the WF on large)
