In Using Skill Tricks (p.84, CS) it says that [...]a skill trick can be performed only once per encounter[...] . So it is possible to use more than one skill tricks per encounter.

Is it possible to perform two skill tricks at the same time, if both tricks require the same skill check?

For example:
Can I use Timely Misdirection and Group Fake-Out on one Bluff check to fient in combat?

Normally you'd use a Bluff check to feint in combat without any skill tricks, and you don't roll a new check to add your first skill trick. You shouldn't need another check to add a second (or third, or ...) skill trick that operates off the same basic skill, either. As long as you don't exceed the one use of each trick per encounter you're perfectly fine.
