Two questions...

First, the description of MWF in the MM says that creatures with more than two arms replace TWF with MWF. Does this include things like a Rangers free feats or the Tempest PrC class features?. I'm not saying if you grow a new arm, just if you play a Rgr/Tmpst Thri-Kreen from the start for instance.

Second, the TWF feat tree has, of course, been updated to 3.5. The pre-req changes were, folding in Ambidexterity, adding a min Dex, and lowering the bab req. MWF has been updated similarly, should the rest of the MWF tree follow suit, or has it already and i just missed it?.

I think the intention of the "special" line is just to make it clear that a multiarmed creature should take MWF instead of TWF. Not that they can replace TWF with MWF in class abilities etc. On a case-by-case basis I might allow it, though.

IMWF and GMWF were updated in the ELH, and in the srd (http://www.d20srd.org/indexes/monsterFeats.htm) too. Note that the BAB prereqs are higher.
