If you somehow get multiple subtypes, can you take the final strike multiple times so you get the effect as many times as you wish??

There is nothing saying you can't take Final Strike twice as it is, even if you only have one subtype.

However, I'd call it a reasonable house-rule to rule that two equal final strikes don't stack.

Final Strike is a feat.

You are forbidden from taking ANY feat twice, unless the feat specifically states you may take it twice.

If it does state that, it explains the rules for when you may take it. Usually it states that each time you take it it applies to a a different thing (like weapon focus applying to a different weapon).

Final Strike does not list this, as per RAW/Core you are forbidden from doing this.

Would it be abusive to allow this? No. It seems a perfectly fine house rule (that by the way is relatively weak)

Taking it twice means that when you die you does 2d6/level points of damage plus approprociate (sp?) secondary effects like ice shards and light fire (1d6/2 levels each). Also renders your corpse as an invalid target for ressurection except for by wish, miracle, true ressurection etc (9th level only). Does it seems to be too good?

Btw, save for half damage :-)

I don't know, you tell me.

If the feat Final Strike has a line in it that explicitly says you can take it multiple times, then yes you can take it multiple times.

If you do take it 10 times and it would apply 10 times to one event, then it would not stack with itself (since nothing can stack with itself.)
