Short Question:

If fighting with an additional weapon, a may make one additional attacks for my secondary weapon.

if fighting with three additional weapons, a may make three extra attacks for my secondary weapons.

The Multiweapon fighting feat replaces TWF in all regards.

A character with MWF may also take the improved and greater TWF feats...

...
...

So a .. for example .. level 12 Thri-Kreen with a BAB of +10 wielding 4 daggers may make:

Base: +10/+5
TWF, light offhand: +8/+8/+3
and now, cause our thri-kreen has 4 arms:
MWF, light offhands: +8/+8/+8/+8/+3
ITWF, light offhands: +8/+8/+8/+8/+3/+3/+3/+3
GTWF, light offhands: +8/+8/+8/+8/+3/+3/+3/+3/-2/-2/-2

is that -technically speaking-correct, or did i get anything wrong?

Edit: Additional question: when wielding 2 double weapons (4 hands...)...do i take penalties for fighting with a light or a one-handed off-hand weapon?

I'm gonna pretend that more of those were sentences than actually were.
Short Question:Lies!

You're right, but more clear way to phrase it:
TK (a thri-kreen with a player who is not good at names) has BAB +1 and four light weapons.
With Multiweapon Fighting, TK's primary hand gets attacks at +8/+3 and his other hands get three attacks at +8.
With Improved Multiweapon Fighting, TK's primary hand gets attacks at +8/+3 and his other hands get six attacks at +8/+3 (three at each bonus).
With Greater Multiweapon Fighting, TK's primary hand gets attacks at +8/+3 and his other hands get nine attacks at +8/+3/-2 (three at each bonus).

Edit: Additional question: when wielding 2 double weapons (4 hands...)...do i take penalties for fighting with a light or a one-handed off-hand weapon? You take penalties for ridiculous. But the rules say a double weapon is a one-handed and a light, so two double weapons becomes two one-handed and two light.

Um... I'm kinda confused, but I think there is an easier way to say it. MWF works almost exactly the same as TWF, except what would be your off hand becomes your off HANDS. All the off hands work the same as a single off hand would. There are MWF versions of all the TWF feats somewhere if you need them. Hope that helps.

More precisely, Improved MWF and Greater MWF are listed in the Epic section of the SRD as non-epic feats.
