Hi

If I want to make a musical instrument(like a lute, guitar, ...), what kind of skill must I have? Craft(what)?

The craft skill is pretty vague in this matter. Craft (woodworking), Craft (instrument), and Craft (lute) would all be valid ways to do this.

The skill or craft is called "Luthier". Get onto a dictionary or google or whatever you care to.

It is a very specific and exacting skill. I suggest you give it the same difficulty ratings as weaponsmithing. (I know a bit about this).

Have fun.

Heh, I would just say it is a part of woodworking and be done with it. Luthier may be an actual profession but doesn't add much for a D&D character (how many of these things will you need to make?).

I'd allow one craft skill to create any nonmagical musical instrument OR divide it the same way Perform skill does:
- Keyboard instruments (harpsichord, piano, pipe organ)
- Percussion instruments (bells, chimes, drums, gong)
- String instruments (fiddle, harp, lute, mandolin)
- Wind instruments (flute, pan pipes, recorder, shawm, trumpet)

You should make a Shakuhachi. It's a type of Japanese flute made of bamboo that was so heavy it was often used as a weapon. I'd give it the same stats as a small club.

I like the idea of a Bard being able to play and attack without wasting move actions to switch between gear!
