Need Feat Choice [Archive] - Wizards Community

02-04-08, 09:05 PM I'm a lvl 4 Human Duskblade and im at a loss:confused: ... i have no idea what feats to take. I have Power Att and Cleave for the "bruise em up" part. I also took Dragontouched from Dragon Magic so that I could get the alternate class feature Dragonscale Husk. I'm looking for suggestions, I would like to buff up my spell casting abilities without taking metamagic feats. Post if you have any suggestions.

Reach Spell to let your touch/Chanelled spells double as ranged.

When you're high enough go for Improved Crit since the spell crits as well. Either that or a keen weapon.

Armored mage might apply for you. In complete arcane. Could enable you to wear some mithril full plate with no spell failure. -but you would probably need to take medium armor profiecncy. grab a level of fighter? giving another feat.

02-05-08, 05:55 PM Duskblades have all armor proficiencies but i would not like to work on armor. Plus they get armored mage as a class ability.

Vulcan i like your idea of reach and im planning on getting my weapon keen at a little higher lvl.
