I believe the "taunt" effect of Knight has a save whose DC is tied to Knight level, not HD... if I'm right, I think that should be worked into your Pious Knight feat. I'd take it over additional uses, anyway.

The rest seem good.

personally, I think your raging soldier needs a bit more work. I mean, when someone is raging, he only sees bad guys that must be dropped and he cares little for his own well being. I realize you are using the tower shield proficiency to confirm that he is a fighter, but by requiring tower shield proficiency, it seems like defense is on his mind.

I used tower shield prof to make it more barbarian based, I could have used weapon specialization but that would have made it more fighter based.

PHB 25 top of the page that shows the weapons and armor a barbarian is proficient with. it says "shields (except tower shields)" I haven't seen too many people playing barbarians and taking the feat "proficiency: tower shield"

my point is that fighters can use tower shields and no other base class can...

I would like to see a combo feat for a hexblade and a warlock. That would be awesome-sauce.

for the "Stealthy Hunter" feat would it be to much to add the progression to the animal companion?

Um, one thing about the "Debonair" Martial Artist...

Spiked Chain is a 2-handed 2d4 finesse weapon... For the cost of exotic weapon proficiency, a monk of 6th level with a 14 strength could be hitting for 4-10 points twice per round, as well as be able to trip and have a bonus to disarm attempts.
You may want to amend that to just "1-handed and light" finesse weapons...

As much as I'd love to have the spiked chain as a monk weapon (since a chain definitely fits with the flavor), I think it's just a bit too powerful in game terms to be included. Everything else on the list (both monk weapons and finesse weapons) all does d6 or less. I don't recall the stats for the elven blades (thinblade, lightblade, etc.) but I know those are finesse weapons as well, and I'd put a whole lot of thought to excluding them too.
