Maera glared at her captors, kabolds determined to put an end to her offensive existence. They had bound her tight, and clamped her mouth shut with some odd device Maera did not want to think about. Even an especially strong half-dragon would be in trouble right now, but this bronze-scaled gnome had a trick up her sleeve. She waited until all the kobolds in the room were within her killing range, and thrust her shackled hands forward, sending an arc of electricity through every last one of them.
Their corpses fell in a linear heap, and Maera turned her attention, and claws, to the rope.

Transfer Breath Weapon
Prerequisites: Half-Dragon, Con 15
Benefit: Your breath weapon no longer depends on exhalation. The magic channels to the point of your body you wish to propel it from, and shoots out from there.
Special: You may expend one use of your breath weapon to gain a +6 racial bonus to Escape Artist checks if the material's binding you are vulnerable to electricity; using your breath weapon in a grapple does not provoke an attack of opportunity.

Slash of Dragon's Rage
Prerequisites: Transfer Breath Weapon, Con 17
Benefit: You may expend one use of your breath weapon to imbue your natural attacks with 4d8 damage of the energy type corresponding to your breath damage for a number of rounds equal to your constitution modifier +3

Any thoughts? Any ideas on how I could stop half-dragons with Dragon Breath from using these feats too much, or does it matter?

Thanks!
