As of yet, there is no draconic feat that grants natural weaponry. I believe there should be, so here is my attempt at doing so.

Draconic Weaponry
Prerequisite: Dragon Blood Line, 1st level character.
(One who some how picks up the draconic weaponry after their 1st level may give up one of their feats that is not a prerequisite for another feat)
Benefit: You gain natural weapons but you may only attack once as if these were weapons.
Claws: 1D3
Bite: 1D4
At 3 Hit die they may make two claw attacks with one being secondary. The secondary attack has a -5 to hit and only receives 1/2 bonus to strength to damage.
(Assume for a medium sized creature)

Greater Draconic Weaponry
Different dragons have different effects on their offspring.
Prerequisite: Draconic Weaponry, Base attack bonus of +3
Benefit: You gain not only better claws, but a better attack rate. They may ether attack as two claws being primary and a bite as secondary with -5 to hit and 1/2 strength bonus; or as if each natural weapon is a weapon with the normal feat requirements. They may also at any time attack with a claw as a secondary off hand weapon at -5 to hit, or a bite at -5 to hit and 1/2 strength to damage as part of a full round action. This does not increase in attacks with a higher base attack bonus. Each dragon born tend to develop their natural weapons in one of three ways, and usually in a way to better help keep them alive.
Bite: 1D8 Claw: 1D3
Bite: 1D4 Claw: 1D6
Bite: 1D6 Claw: 1D4
(Assume for a medium sized creature)

Uh... Races of the Dragon, draconic claw... you gain claws, and every time you cast an arcane spell you get a free attack action with one of them, and its a draconic feat.

Yeah but it is not a "real" natural weapons, lets say a fighter wanted draconic claws, they couldn't get decent working claws because it requires a 1 level dip and would only work after they cast a spell.

So, you get 2 attacks at first level, can do slashing and piercing (and bludgeoning with a full round action), it levels up as you do...

You know this completely blows unarmed strike out of the water right? and hell, most other weapons too if you can get yourself a good attack bonus.

Yeah, you made the feat far better than the existing feats.

Generally feats that grant natural weapons grant a SINGLE weapon.

Keep in mind that rogues get HUGE benefits for having multiple attacks - each one can be sneak attacked with.

Drop the claws.

Give them the just the bite. Oh and the bite damage is above standard for a medium sized creature

Ok re-working, but there is a limitation that they need to have dragon blood line or be a draconic creature, so that is like one whole feat thats a preq.

OK, this should be better.
